On my PS4, when the game update's, it includes the dlc. And when I bought the season pass last week (it was on sale) it instantly unlocked the dlc in the game. All I needed to do was download the season pass, which was 1.1MB I believe. In downloads message is: cannot download, in notifications: Cannot download. To download the content you must delete unnecessary content from system storage. But the thing is i have 51 GB free space and game should take like 23 or something so that shouldn't be an issue. Power cycled it still cannot download It was so simple.
